Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use KissyCam. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

There are no exceptions. If we determine that you are under 18, we will terminate your account. Misrepresenting your age to use the service is a material breach of these Terms. This rule also protects everyone you might match with — see our Community Guidelines on minors.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information, including your date of birth
• Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself — you are responsible for activity on your account
• Use one account of your own, not accounts belonging to others, and not accounts created to evade a ban
• Tell us promptly via support if you believe your account has been compromised

We may suspend or reclaim accounts that are inactive for extended periods, impersonate others, or violate these Terms.

Our Community Guidelines are part of these Terms and define what behavior is and is not allowed on camera and in chat — including the absolute prohibitions on minors, nudity and explicit sexual conduct, harassment, non-consensual recording, extortion, scams, and solicitation of illegal services. In addition, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, probe or attack its infrastructure, or access it by automated means (bots, scrapers) without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service or any part of it
• Use another person’s content, image, or identity without their permission
• Circumvent any safety, moderation, or access-control measure

Parts of the service may offer paid features or virtual items. Payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]; we do not store your full payment card details. Prices, features, and availability may change.

Virtual items and paid features:

• Are licenses to use a feature within the service, not property — they have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the service
• May expire or be modified as the service changes
• Are forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms

We may review reported content and conversations for moderation purposes, and we may remove content or restrict features at our discretion to keep the service safe.

You can stop using KissyCam and close your account at any time via support.

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or the service. For serious violations — especially anything involving minors, extortion, or threats — termination is immediate and we may report the conduct to law enforcement.

KissyCam is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In particular:

• We do not guarantee matches, romance, dates, relationships, or any other outcome. KissyCam is a way to meet people, not a promise about what happens next.
• We do not vet users beyond the measures described in our policies, and we cannot guarantee the identity, age, or intentions of any user. Exercise the judgment described in our safety guide.
• We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service — including the conduct of other users, whether online or offline.
