Need help with your account, want to report something, or have feedback about KissyCam? This page tells you the fastest way to reach us and what to include so we can actually help on the first reply.
Safety Issue? Use the In-App Tools First
If someone in a chat is breaking the rules — harassment, explicit behavior, a suspected minor, a scam attempt — the fastest route is the in-app report and block buttons, right in the chat screen. Reports made in-app arrive with the technical context our moderation team needs, so they are actioned much faster than email.
- Block ends the interaction immediately and stops that person from matching with you again.
- Report flags the conversation for moderation review.
Email is the right channel for everything the in-app tools cannot handle, or for follow-up on a report you already made. If you or someone else is in immediate physical danger, contact your local emergency services first — see our safety guide.
How to Reach Support
Write to us at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We read every message. Typical topics we can help with:
- Account help — sign-in trouble, account settings, closing your account
- Safety reports — follow-up on in-app reports, or issues that happened off the chat screen
- Feedback — feature ideas, bug reports, and anything that made your experience better or worse
- Legal and privacy requests — data access or deletion requests under our Privacy Policy, and other legal correspondence
- Press — media and partnership inquiries
Put a short topic in the subject line (for example, "Safety report" or "Privacy request") so your message reaches the right people quickly.
What to Include in Your Message
The more specific your message, the faster we can act. Helpful details:
- The email address or username on your KissyCam account
- What happened, when it happened (date and rough time, with your time zone), and what you expected instead
- For reports about another user: anything that identifies them (username, what they said or did) and screenshots if you have them
- Your device and browser, if you are reporting a technical problem
Never include your password, and never include payment details (card numbers, bank information, crypto wallet details) in an email. We will never ask for them — anyone who does is not us. See Cam Chat Safety for more on spotting impostors.
What to Expect After You Write
We prioritize messages involving safety — especially anything concerning minors, sextortion, or threats — ahead of everything else. General account and feedback messages are answered in the order received. If your issue is a rule violation you witnessed in a chat, filing an in-app report in addition to your email gives moderators the quickest path to act, as described in our Community Guidelines.
