The Rules That Keep KissyCam Fun

Last updated: July 15, 2026

KissyCam works because two strangers can turn on a camera and trust that the person on the other side will treat them like a person. These guidelines exist to protect that trust. They apply to everything you do here — on camera, in text chat, in your profile.

The brand is flirty; the rules are not. Read them once, and you will never accidentally cross a line.

What Is Never Allowed

Each of the following is prohibited. Most lead to an immediate, permanent ban.

  • Minors — zero tolerance. No one under 18 may use KissyCam, and no one under 18 may appear on camera for any reason, in any context, even briefly, even clothed, even if it is your own child walking through the room. Any sexual content involving a minor is reported to the authorities. This is the one rule with no gray area whatsoever.
  • Nudity and explicit sexual conduct. No nudity, no sexual acts, no masturbation, no sexually explicit displays on camera. Flirtation in words is part of the fun here; explicit behavior is not, regardless of whether your match says they consent.
  • Sexual coercion. Do not pressure anyone into sexual talk or behavior. "No," a topic change, or visible discomfort ends it. Repeating the request after that is coercion, not persistence.
  • Harassment. No insults, degradation, stalking behavior, unwanted sexual comments, or contact after someone has asked you to stop.
  • Non-consensual recording or sharing. Do not record, screenshot, or share a conversation or someone’s image without their clear consent. Publishing intimate images of another person without consent is prohibited and, in most places, criminal.
  • Extortion and blackmail. Threatening to expose someone’s images, identity, or conversations — for money or for anything else — results in a permanent ban and a report to law enforcement. If this happens to you, our safety guide explains exactly what to do.
  • Scams and fraud. No soliciting money, gift cards, or crypto from other users; no fake investment pitches; no phishing; no deceptive schemes of any kind.
  • Impersonation. Do not pretend to be another person, a celebrity, or KissyCam staff. Staff will never ask users for passwords or payments in chat.
  • Sharing others’ private information. No posting or threatening to post anyone’s real name, address, workplace, phone number, or other identifying details (doxxing).
  • Violent threats. No threats of harm against anyone — your match, yourself, or third parties — and no encouraging others to harm themselves.
  • Hate. No attacks or slurs based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
  • Solicitation of illegal services. No advertising, offering, or requesting escort services, prostitution, drugs, or any other illegal goods or services. KissyCam is not a marketplace for anything.

What Happens When Rules Are Broken

Consequences scale with severity:

  • Removal and warnings. Minor or borderline violations may result in content removal, a warning, or temporary restrictions on matching.
  • Temporary or permanent bans. Serious or repeated violations lead to suspension or a permanent ban. Bans apply to the person, not just the account — creating a new account to evade a ban is itself a violation.
  • Reports to authorities. Where the law requires it, or where someone’s safety is at stake — especially anything involving minors, sextortion, or credible threats of violence — we report to the appropriate authorities and cooperate with law enforcement.

Moderation decisions are made by our team based on reports and review. If you believe a decision about your account was a mistake, you can contact support.

How to Report

If someone breaks these rules in a chat with you:

  • Use the report button in the chat — it sends the conversation to moderators with the context they need, and it is the fastest path to action.
  • Use block to end the interaction and prevent that person from matching with you again.
  • For anything the in-app tools do not cover, or to follow up, reach us via the contact page.

You do not need to be sure a rule was broken — report what you saw and let moderators judge. Honest reports are never held against you, and reporting a suspected minor is always the right call. If anyone is in immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services first; see our safety guide.

The Spirit of the Rules

No list can cover every situation, so here is the principle behind all of it: the person on your screen is a real adult who came here for a good conversation, exactly like you. Treat them the way you would want a stranger to treat you on camera — interested, respectful, and quick to take no for an answer. Do that, and you will never need to reread this page.
